Leaving!

Totally isolated, trapped on the complex, with exorbitant prices for more than mediocre facilities, with no car you become a hostage. We have had to move bungalow twice in a one night stay due faulty locks on the main doors. Smoke detector beeped all night and when mentioned to the owner she was already aware. Swimming pool half full of water with many broken and missing tiles. Sparse supply of sun beds, all with dirty cushions. No alcohol sold, however no pre advice given that you are allowed to take your own. THE WORST BIT 5% LEVEY FOR USING CREDIT CARD, BUT BOOKING.COM CLEARLY STATE IN TERMS AND CONDITIONS A 2.4% CHARGE WOULD BE ADDED.

Location is about 20 mins drive from Nadi and offers a peaceful and relaxing environment. Isha and her team are extremely friendly and provide excellent service. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. No bar at the restaurant but alcohol is permitted to be brought on site.

Absolutely loved it here, we stayed in a Garden Villa which was really nice! Excellent customer service, the facilities were excellent, and the rooms were extremely comfortable... While the resort doesn't have the same level of comfort as a 5 star hotel somewhere like Denarau, the relaxing environment more than made up for it. Overall we really loved our stay at the BayView Cove Health Resort... Definitely recommend and we will definitely be back!!!

Was told on arrival that alcohol was discouraged. The food was disgusting, couldn't eat in the so called restaurant or swim in the pool because of the noise from the excavator. The place was in the middle of no where, needed to hire a car to get anywhere. I was VERY disappointed.

Beautiful place and excellent service!!! 10/10 overall. If you want to disconnect from the outside world and experience a tranquil place than Bayview Cove is the place for you!! The staff have smiles on their face everyday and go out of their way to assist you. My sister and I enjoyed our 10 day stay and will return with our family!! Vinaka.

The food was fresh and well cooked. A pretty location on a tidal lagoon. Good for kayaking. Staff & reception friendly- a cool drink on arrival.

The room was expensive, because it was New Year, but it was definitely not Delux, as advertised. It was a divided villa, a room separated from another family's section by a dividing door. The TV was small & had snow for reception.

Had a great time during my stay, people there were so nicely and caring. I told them I would like to have something locally, that is the meaning for traveling, and they prepared local Fiji food each day, it was so delicious, I won't be able to forget that! Yap! that is all traveling means to us, go somewhere, try local things that you will never see and experience in other places! besides, they have fishing, horse riding and kayaking available for all guests to experience without any surcharges! I did all those, it was fun! And I had a relaxing Fiji style message just in my room right after after a long day hiking and horse riding, just what I want! I definitely would go there next time with my family! Thank all staffs in Bayview Cove Health, I had such a relaxing time in Fiji, and will see you guys soon!

Villa was big and beds were comfy. Staff were nice.

The villa wasn't cleaned in 8 nights even after asking. Everything was pretty yuck by then. Had to ask for clean towels. Beding didn't fit beds. There was no gym even tho it says there is.

A hidden gem - wonderful generous hosts, peaceful comfortable accommodation. When we arrived for our stay my wife was already unwell. The kind hosts went out of their way to secure immediate medical assistance. Throughout our stay, the owners did all they could to help. We would highly recommend this Resort to couples & families looking for accommodation in Nadi.

Friendly staff, very accommodating to your needs

Some of the lights did not work in the room. Just needed the globes to be replaced. Maintenance issues that can be very easily resolved. The beds were very comfortable. Very neat and tidy room. What a great location. Away from all noise a place to relax and really enjoy. Great swimming pool.

If this very basic accommodation, quiet mainly because only 1 or 2 guests, breakfast ok, washing machine worked, local staff lovely.

Far from any shops and nothing available to buy at the hotel except meals we don't believe are even cooked on-site. Not even a drink machine so you need to use taxis to buy anything. Room had appliances but poor utensils to enable their use, stove did not work and no cleaning utensils just one tiny sachet dish liquid for 3 days. No information provided at check in so we had to ask about everything, wifi access, how to get a meal or a drink, how to borrow a kayak, that was awfully uncomfortable. It was not restful because we spent so much time to work everything out bit by bit. The on-site international restaurant advertised is non existent. Owners just did not seem to have thought about their customers needs. Id hate to see anyone without their own car stay here unless you are ok to continually pay for taxis. Villa was reasonable but lots of building short cuts so doors did not close, cracked mirror, screen door did not lock so had to shut the glass door at night. Some effort made with gardens but dry dusty grassy areas in August reducing appeal. Water in room uses pumps so this noise occurs whenever you use water. Aesthetic of electrical wiring on the property showing disrepair and ugly in places. Expensive for what is offered, we stayed elsewhere for similar cost that offered so much more, so compared to other places poor value for money. There would be better places to stay for a relaxing holiday in Fiji. My husbands view If this very basic accommodation was priced accordingly it would be a reasonable, very quiet place to stay. There is no resturant there is a large covered cement floored eating area where a very limited buffet Indian style breakfast is set amongst plastic tables and chairs . There is nothing available for lunch you will need to shop for that. The nearest shop is around 4KLMS away out on the main rd and they have an arrangement with a taxi who charges $5 each way.

The room was very clean and the bed really comfy. The breakfast was simple but good. We loved how friendly the staff is. The owners were there most the time and they look after us during our stay.

Everything was great, we loved how peaceful the place was
